Ayanda Swana is the CEO and Country Head of Siemens Healthineers South Africa, leading the Southern African business. He brings over 25 years’ experience across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, with expertise in strategy, operations, sales and marketing, and people leadership. Previously, he led sales at Siemens Healthineers Southern Africa and held senior regional and global roles at Boehringer Ingelheim. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Nursing Science from Wits and a marketing qualification from IMM, combining clinical insight with commercial expertise.
