With a passion for education as a catalyst for societal change, Dr. Saravanja established Regenesys Education, which emphasizes the holistic development of intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual intelligence. His digital initiative, Education for All (EdForAll), aims to make high-quality higher education accessible worldwide. Through ventures like My Wealth Investments, Dananda Talent, Healthi, and RegCafé, he has expanded Regenesys across Africa and into Europe. A Croatian native and a fearless adventurer, Dr. Saravanja has climbed Kilimanjaro, skydived, and explored over 90 countries. He is also a finalist for the 2009 Ernst & Young World Entrepreneurship Awards and holds a Ph.D. in Performance Management, dedicating his life to helping others unlock their potential and achieve self-actualization.

Managing Partner AI Africa

Dr Nishal Khusial is the AI Partner Africa for Regenesys Education, and a senior technology, data, cyber-risk and forensic-tech leader with over 20 years’ experience spanning digital transformation, AI enablement, machine learning implementation, and IT investment portfolio management. He holds a PhD in Digital Science & Data and is known for combining strong governance and risk expertise with practical, business-led innovation across sectors including education, fintech, manufacturing, professional services and property. Previously, he served as Chief of Strategy for the Cyber-Alliance EMEA at Forvis Mazars in South Africa and has held executive technology leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer in international energy and manufacturing environments, where he drove cloud-enabled platform growth and embedded AI/ML into operational ecosystems. He brings a forward-looking perspective to responsible AI adoption, strategy execution, and building high-performing teams that align technology roadmaps with organisational outcomes.

Vice President and Deputy Board Chair

Mr Muvhango Livhusha is a technology governance and GRC leader with expertise that spans digital transformation, IT audit, artificial intelligence adoption, and enterprise riskmanagement across complex organizational environments. Mr Livhusha has gained extensive knowledge and experience in cybersecurity governance, IT audit, digital risk management, AI-enabled technologies, compliance, and technology assurance. As Vice President and Deputy Board Chair of the ISACA South Africa Chapter, he contributes to advancing digital trust, cybersecurity resilience, and responsible technology adoption across industry and government. With a strong governance and assurance perspective to evaluating emerging technologies and over a decade of experience in IT audit and technology risk within sectors such as finance, mining, telecommunications, and the public sector, he assesses AI solutions through the lens of cybersecurity resilience, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and organizational readiness for digital transformation.

Financial Crime Expert and Government Segment Compliance

Mr Fred Salimane is a senior anti-corruption and financial crime executive with expertise that covers forensic investigations, regulatory enforcement, governance oversight, and ethical risk management within complex institutional environments. Mr Salimane has attained extensive knowledge and experience in evaluating digital innovation, AI governance, data analytics, compliance, ethics, and institutional oversight. Within his daily role overseeing technological and procedural governance to the level of forensic appreciation, he applies a rigorous governance and risk lens to assess the integrity, transparency, and societal impact of emerging AI solutions. Operating at executive level, he brings a disciplined perspective to evaluating technological advancement while ensuring alignment with ethical standards, regulatory frameworks, and responsible innovation principles.

Ms Keshni Morar is a seasoned entrepreneur, venture builder, and technology ecosystem leader with expertise that spans startup innovation, venture capital, digital transformation, and strategic growth across emerging technology sectors. Ms Morar has extensive knowledge and experience in startup investment, venture development, innovation ecosystems, and the scaling of technology-enabled businesses. As the founder of Investable and Managing Director of the Founder Institute South Africa, she works closely with early-stage technology companies, investors, and global accelerator programs to cultivate high-impact ventures. With more than two decades of leadership experience and involvement in transactions exceeding $4.5 billion, she brings a practical and investor-focused perspective when evaluating emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions
